November 1st and 2nd ~ Port Albert

I know the event coordinator for this function and it is bound to be ‘sizzling’. There will be jet ski rides, roving performers and courtesy buses running from Yarram throughout the weekend.

• Starting with a fishing competition early Saturday morning, then a produce market and even a Sunday Island Trailer Sailor Race starting and ending at the Port Albert Wharf (I’d like to see that!)…
• A kids fair in the park from 11am sounds like wonderful entertainment with sausages, drinks, popcorn, pirate dress-up competition, games, treasure hunt and even more…
• Saturday Night Adventures In Paradise – free entertainment by a new Melbourne Band at the yacht club and a Hawaiian Luau…
• From 9am on Sunday come and snatch a bargain at the biggest garage sale in Gippsland…
• BYO picnic in the Museum Park followed by a book launch and afternoon tea…
• Also included in the weekends activities is sailing from the Yacht Club, a ‘one cent’ afternoon, a fish weigh-in and prizes…
• After tea one of Australia’s finest blues players Alex Burns, will provide FREE Entertainment at the Port Albert Hotel for FREE…
